Be The Parent You’ve Always
Wanted To Be
There isn’t one “right way” to parent…
Yet we still sometimes feel that we’re parenting the “wrong way”. Understanding our parenting choices, those we make deliberately and those we don’t even know we’re making is the first step to making lasting change.
When we parent from a place of reflex instead of from a place of intention, we fall into the habit of saying and doing things we may not mean. In order to parent the way we want, we have to get clarity around our values and ensure they are reflected in the choices we make with our children. .

Parenting is hard, and there is no manual. As your coach, I will guide you toward making parenting choices that are consistent with your values. The willingness to get curious about yourself and your children, creates space for meaningful progress.

Hi! I’m Aviva Seiden
I am a mom of four who is passionate about working with parents. I earned a BS in Human Development from Binghamton University and an MSEd in Counseling and Personnel Services from Fordham University. I spent the first part of my career as a School Counselor working primarily with Middle School students.
I loved working in school settings but there was a constant pull toward working with parents. When I discovered that I could get certified as a parent coach, I jumped at the opportunity. I am eager to help parents meaningfully connect to their children and guide them to become the parents they aspire to be. I am looking forward to hearing from you and beginning our work together!
How I can help…
When something isn’t working in a relationship, it takes work to fix it. That is true in all relationships, including those with our children. In parent coaching, we take time to explore what feels most challenging, identify what may not be working and try to understand why. We approach these moments with curiosity rather than criticism.
Together, we’ll consider ways to make changes, however small, recognizing that even minor shifts in mindset often lead to the most meaningful impact. This requires patience, and a willingness to sit with discomfort, as change is never easy. By staying curious rather than judgmental, we create space to unlearn patterns that no longer serve us and move toward more connected, supportive relationships with our children.
How It Works:
When you book a free discovery call with me, we’ll sit down together and talk so I can get a sense of what’s going on for you and your family and where I can offer support.
I’ll explain my approach and the options we have for working together. You can ask any questions and we can decide together what would work best for you.
If it feels right to you, we can book our first session and get started.
There’s no pressure of any kind, simply an opportunity to see if we are a good fit to work together.
Let's Talk!
So that you can start feeling more confident in your parenting.
Take the first step towards becoming the parent you want to be.
